Do I have access to the funds in our account?
Yes. You can withdraw up to half the account’s value at any time. Withdrawals exceeding half the value, including full account closures, are processed on the first business day of each month.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Once requested, you’ll typically receive your check within one week.
How do I request a withdrawal?
Send a letter on church letterhead to the Foundation Office. Include the account name, number, and the amount requested. The letter must be signed by the authorized signers on the account.
Can I submit a withdrawal request by email?
Yes. Emailing a scanned copy of the signed letter will help expedite the process. All required signatures must be included.
What are the Foundation’s fees?
Accounts are charged 0.8% annually (80 basis points), billed monthly at 0.066%.
How do we update authorized signers?
Visit the ‘Foundation Forms’ page to download a new signer sheet. Complete one for each account held by your church.
Can I access account statements online?
Yes. Your church must first set up a DonorCentral account. Once access is established, you can view current and past statements. Visit the ‘Online Statements’ page for more information.
