For years the Foundation saw its ministry as providing financial and stewardship resources to local churches. But in the spring of 2014 we posed an interesting question: “What if finances are not our ministry, but just the means to a more meaningful ministry?” Later that year the Board of Directors established a strategic plan where in order to increase the number of vital churches we would focus on leadership development, especially among clergy and most especially (but not exclusively) among young clergy.
