To make a deposit, your church needs to do to the following:
- Send the Foundation a check with the exact amount your church wants to deposit.
- Make sure this check is made out to the Methodist Foundation of Ohio.
- Write the Foundation a letter with your account number and the amount the written on the check. Make sure this is on church letterhead.
- Send all of this to the following address with attention made to Tina Ifantiedes. Or scan and e-mail it to:

To make a withdraw, your church needs to do to the following:
- Write the Foundation a letter with your account number and the amount your church wants to withdraw. Make sure this is on church letterhead.
- Letter must be signed by authorized signers. You can find this information on the signature card your church fills out for your account. If your church has changed signers, you will need to send in an updated signature card. Click here to download a new signature card.

To open an account, your church needs to do to the following:
- Write the Foundation a letter outlining the reasons you want to open a new account. Make sure this is on church letterhead.
- Letter must be accompanied by a completed investment agreement. You can find this form on the Foundation forms page your church fills out for your account. Click here to download an investment agreement form.
- Once the letter and investment agreement are completed, be sure to include a check made out to the Methodist Foundation of Ohio.
- Send all of this to the following address with attention made to Tina Ifantiedes.

To initiate an account closure, your church needs to do to the following:
- Write the Foundation a letter with your account number outlining which account your church would like to close. Make sure this is on church letterhead.
- Letter must be signed by authorized signers. You can find this information on the signature card your church fills out for your account. If your church has changed signers, you will need to send in an updated signature card. Click here to download a new signature card.
- All account closures are processed at the end of the month. Anything received after the end of the month will be processed and closed at the end of the following month.
